I purchased the first New one of these ITEKIRO car chargers for my Dell Latitude E6330 laptop from an Ebay seller to replace my old China made car charger. The old car charger still worked but the wires are getting old and frayed.
The NEW ITEKIRO car charger didn't work correctly. Every time I plugged it into my Dell E6330 the Touch Pad Mouse stopped working and the Laptop would Only Charge when I turned off the laptop and left if plugged into the cigarette lighter. When I told the Ebay seller about the problem I was having, the seller told me to return it for a refund. I took everything to the Post Office to return it and I was told that the return S&H was going to cost me more then what I had paid for the charger.
I ended up taking that car charger to a local Best Buy and turned it in for E-Recycling. That was a wast of money! I ended up going back to using the old car charger that works correctly, I just need to put up with the old wiring. 2 wees later I purchased a new Dell 16 DC16250 from a local computer shop. I asked the shop owner if he had a car charger for the new Dell 16 and he said no. I needed to be able to plug this new laptop into a cigarette lighter to charge the laptop battery and I Could Not Find any other car chargers for the New laptop so I thought I would give ITEKIRO another chance to make good on their product. I came to this website and purchased another car charger for my new Dell 16 DC16250 laptop directly from this company. I found out that this car charger only charges the laptop battery when the laptop is plugged to the cigarette lighter and the laptop is turned off. I Can Not Use The Laptop When Its Plugged Into The cigarette lighter or it runs the laptop battery down. I guess im going to have to put up with this situation. Not Happy At All But, I have no other choices.... It charges the battery as long as I keep the laptop turned off....
